I have never come across a Helen Keller quote that I did not like. On last week's episode we looked at the benefits of laughter, it was a very fun episode to do. This week episode 39 has a much more serious tone to it with 6 great quotes from Helen Keller encouraging us to take life head on. Helen Keller had to overcome very serious challenges in life from a very young age, and it's understandable that her quotes would be very serious in nature in my opinion.

I am currently re-reading a great book entitled, "The Brain Always Wins." The book talks all about what is necessary for good brain health, not to be confused with good mental health. One of the best habits that fosters good brain health is physical exercise. Exercise is not only good for your heart, it also fosters good brain health.
